Burning Crusade world server is down

Hi everyone!
I have experienced a strange issue. I was playin some arena matches on onyxia and me and my partner's loading screen frozed. After half an hour I still cant log in " world server is down" while everyone else can log in. I have tried with other accounts and it works well. I can play only other realms with that acc, i cant log in to onyxia. I used the character unstuck menu and deleted wtf and chache folder but still dont work, anyone have any ideas, how to fix it?

Got some problem on Icecrown, got stuck in BG loading screen and now just keep getting reset into "world server is down" loop over and over again, without any chance to even log from different characters
