Your request is kind of ambiguous. Do you mean for Auction House or vendor? If for Auction House, some AH addons have single click buyout by default, e.g. aux, while others need to have a modifier key held down, e.g. Trade Skill Master.

The addon is literally called "One Click Buyout", but it isn't available on curseforge anymore. I don't like the other AH addons. I just want the the ability to shift+left clicking an item, and then buyout it.
