WotLK Character can not be summoned

Hi!

Before I make a bug report, maybe someone knows a workaround for the following issue: One of my characters is unable to be summoned, it is an issue that I have had for a few months now. People summon me but the summon notification doesn't pop up. It is only on 1 of my characters. Nothing seems to help, relogging, restarting the client. Has anyone encountered this issue and knows a way to fix it?

There are auras that make it impossible for others to summon you. I assume than in these months you have died at least once? Do you have any weird buffs or debuffs?

Nothing crazy, I usually just run around with self buffs/consumables like stam scrolls and elixirs. edit: no weird status effects I run around with either. edit 2: do you have some examples of these auras?

An example would be http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/spell=45440. That one is visible, but many more are also not visible, and they can become stuck and make you unable to be summoned. A GM would have to help you to remove invisible auras. To be clear I have no idea if this is what is happening but it is what came to my mind when I read this thread.

I would guess these auras would be cleared on death anyway though or are there instances where that is not the case?

If I were you I would consider, in order:
1) Opening a ticket in-game, explaining your problem and asking for the GM to clear all your auras (they have a command to do this). It's possible that they do this and it does not help or that they refuse to do it. Then go to the next step.
2) Reporting it as a bug, explaining your problem and your character's name.
