Site Encrypted backup stuck at 99% – anyone else?

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with the encrypted backup system. When I try to create an encrypted backup, it gets stuck at 99% and never finishes. Has anyone experienced this before? Is this normal, or could there be an issue with the backup system right now?

One thing I noticed is that I currently have three support tickets still marked as open. I’m wondering if this could somehow be related to the problem.
For reference, I also have two other accounts where the encrypted backup works normally, and neither of those accounts has any open tickets.

If anyone has run into the same issue or has any suggestions, I’d really appreciate the help.

Yes i have same problem, trying to make backup 3rd time for 3 week and always stuck at 99%
