Burning Crusade Helm of Uther's Resolve??

Basically there's two versions of the item Helm of Uther's Resolve. One with strength, and one with int and spell power. They are sold by an npc called Yrma. I want the int and spell power one but the vendor only has the strength and stamina version. How Do I get the other version? does Yrmas shop randomly rotate or what?

I can't find anywhere that there were two versions of that item, or that the item changed between patches. Everything I find online points to there only being one version, a tank helmet.
