It is completely impossible to enter Icecrown

I can't log in. It's just a long authentication process and "unable to access the server." I thought the login issues would go away once I upgraded to premium, but they've only gotten worse.

I'm guessing that because the server is full, you're not queued, even though you're a premium member, and you're simply kicked out, and that's it.

I'd like to know how long the login issues will last, but there have been no reports of maintenance.

You have a connectivity issue. There is nothing the staff can do about it.

General "can't login" guide:

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -folder or config.wtf -file, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, sub-folders and files and click OK.

7. Login by using username, not email.

If you still can't login:
Turn your router ON/OFF.
You could try IP release and renew and DNS flush.
If you still can't login, either it's temporary network issue, or your ISP is blocking the connection. Contact your ISP, Internet Service Provider, and raise your issue with them. If contacting ISP doesn't resolve anything, try VPN.
