WotLK Bars bugged

I’m having a weird UI issue on 3.3.5 and I’m looking for a script or a fix that doesn't involve completely replacing the bars with Bartender.

The Issue: There is a significant vertical gap between my MainMenuBar (bottom row) and the MultiBarBottomLeft (the row above it). More importantly, my Reputation Bar (and XP bar) is rendering behind the action bars. It is physically hidden under the artwork instead of sitting properly at the bottom or between the bars.

Update: used hs and now it fixed itself for now
