I dropped Goblin Engineering using the Engineering Disassociation Book.
Now neither Goblin nor Gnomish Engineering quests/trainers are available.
This is the known specialization reset bug.
Please set my Engineering specialization to Gnomish Engineering or help me other way. I also opened ticket to GM in game
