Technical I've lost my authenticator app code

Hi admins, happy new year

I've just logged in with this new account to send you a ticked regarding my main account, which is blocked because I lost my warmane authenticator code in my google app (I've recently change my device).

I've tried to find my backup code to restore the authenticator code in the app, but I couldnt find it.

I have access to my email and I can provide you some info about my account.

I've been part of the community since several years ago and it will be so sad to lose all my characters and progression.

Please let me know how we can solve this struggeling situation
