Guild problems of Lordaeron(?)

In my eyes, there is a few problems embarking.. here it goes

1. there are few guilds progressing on heroic that advertise, rather people seach (example) "lf1m hpal for thursdays raid 19st. 8hc"
this seems to be the norm.
is it because the guild slacks with reqruitment?
Or because there is so many guildless or non raiding guilds that they will find it nomatter what?

Are guild stability then revered due to this ?

I have a hard time finding a guild that does example 12/12 icc n with some HC progression. are they simply full?
SO many semi guild runs and so many pugs around im wondering about this for real. please help me understand why I rarley see guild reqruitment posts in game or here on forums

If the guild spots are full we are way to many people pugging here and i wonder why the pug scene is so big on this realm.

Guilds do recruit for hc progression raids all the time but they don't post it on the forums. Usually you'll find them on global chat or on guild discord servers. Your best bet is to join a general realm discord server like Havi's and go from there.

Regarding the example you gave: many a times, guilds need to fill absences with pugs. While these aren't overt guild recruitment posts, filling those spots when they are needed and performing well in the raids will open up an invitation for you to join them permanently. I've seen it happen on several occasions and have personally joined a guild and core that way too.
