hi, im playing at onyxia wotlk phase 1 as a rogue assa and im gearing my pre bis, it is better x2 librarian´s paper cutter or x1 librarian´s paper cutter and The fleshshaper

I mean, if there are few guides stating that (and possible comments aren't disproving it), it's reasonable to assume the guides are right.

If I'm not mistaken myself, even assassin rogues go with the slower main hand and faster off-hand mentality of combat rogues, but they just use daggers instead. So guides supporting that weaponization makes sense.
