Technical Deleted heroes!

Hello, is there a way to recover my characters that were deleted by someone else, not by the system? It has been over a month but less than four months since they were deleted. Is there any way to access a cache or an old folder where my characters might be stored?

Maximum restoration time for a player deleted character is 30 days.
