Does every real have to be PvP?

I'm sitting with a case of where no matter where I go there is always someone camping quest zones, killing quest NPCs (such as in gadgetzan) and just using the rogue escape ability to avoid the guards.
Is there truly no way people can just play the game in peace without being harassed the whole time?

Is there perhaps a donation or point threshold one can get to in order to get a non PvP server up and running?

And don't tell me to "just find another questing zone", they are all being camped. rogues will sneak into taverns just to inta gib low level players.
We're sitting with situations where level 80 fully decked out players will just run around knocking off level low level players just for the luls

ChrisLion, I am saddened to write this but this is the state of the world right now; most of the people FEED on your misfortune, most people WANT you to suffer so that they can feel better about themselves. Just quit this server, if you care about your mental wellbeing at all, whatever else its 200% time better used time than spent here with these.. I dont know what these are, maybe humans but does not change the fact the people playing here & around have been gotten to a point you can only do yourself a service if you do anything else than this, I implore you- I have been here since the launch, and I have seen the degrading, its real, please, dont ruin your life with these failures
