100%
unbuffed wrath content in 2026 just doesnt really work. people have developped way past that point, and buffs are simply necessary for it to feel like the original. in 2009 this tuning was significantly harder than it is now, because people had no idea what speccs to play, how to gear them and how to play those speccs and how to play the bosses. now with all this information readily available (and a requirement to join raids regardless of how easy they are), it just doesnt feel right.
even if not to lorda/fm difficulty, please at least up it a little bit to a point that it can feel like the original experience, which wasnt 10 or 25 random people oneshotting everything on the first try with 0 thought and having no excitement other than hoping for their gear to drop, to make it even easier the following week
Its already buffed to classic values, but that is as high as it will go for Onyxia.
This has been the case since the realm released (Ragnaros having classic hp for example)
You released pre-nerf SWP; will Ulduar also be released pre-nerf? You changed SWP to be post-nerf after a few weeks, but I imagine most people are more familiar with pre-nerf Ulduar vs pre-nerf SWP, so I would hope pre-nerf Ulduar is kept the entire time.

At least you can clear it with braindead PUGs I guess, but yeah, the difficulty is insanely boring. If the appeal is supposed to be for "casual" players to be able to clear the content but that means that you don't have to follow any tactic and just yolo down the bosses, that's just sad honestly.
Maybe we can get a higher difficulty you can toggle on and off?
I support Kryllex's request for a difficulty toggle if it's possible. Server retention is going to hit rock bottom soon.
Maybe award extra items (or maybe a chance of extras in 10m) as an incentive & give us something interesting to do.
As it stands the only interesting content is OS3D.
We have the 25hc toggle ingame. Possible to add buffed content to the toggle instead? This way, guilds that are brain-afk clearing can actually have some fun while keeping the raids accessible to pugs. No additional rewards needed, just want to play a boss for longer than a minute.
Edit: Worst offender in my eye being Sapphiron where with 0 frost resi, a single hot can keep a player 100% hp.

All raids are far too easy compared to Frostmourne Season 1 and 2.
What's the point of raiding if most raids can full clear in pre-raid gear while only knowing half of the tactics? I'm already bored and I'm a casual player.
I also noticed Heigan the Unclean's floor slime does not one shot players anymore like it used to.
it barely takes 30% hp off an average dps
I've been playing warmane for 11 years (on and off), with most active time (apart from Icecrown) being on Frostmourne 1, Frostmourne 2 & Onyxia Vanilla. I was never a hardcore player, mostly casual, but the most fun I had in this game (and that kept me playing for months) was progressing raids (from nax to icc) on frostmourne (as well as the vanilla progression). Nothing ever beats the feeling of wiping 10 times on a boss then finally managing to bring it down and celebrate with your guild. Nothing beats the feeling of actually needing gear upgrades to increase the chances of killing a boss/content. I came back on Onyxia for the WOTLK content (after stopping on TBC release) hoping it will be at least half the fun I had on Frostmourne (even if I read that it will be easier/nerfed content). My experience was one of the worst. I farmed DGS for few days, got half pre-raid bis items and still a lot of greens/bad items (not enough luck on drops) but I have joined a random PUG for NAX 25 yesterday night (where most of the raid wasn't even pre-bis, like me). We managed to 1-shot all bosses up to KTZ (with 1 wipe on horsemen due to afk) and 3 shotted KTZ (first 2 wipes main tank mistake). No real mechanics were needed on most of the bosses, no real threats, bosses were going down in 1-2 minutes of brain AFK. We even cleared bosses from 30-50% HP up to 0% with half the raid alive (some **** happened related to aggro). This is not fun, this is not motivating to keep playing. Why to even farm gear if you don't need it at all and you can just brain afk entire raids with totally random people and without even discord/communication (pug raid leader said it is not needed to join discord due to being easy)?
I don't remember ever posting on the forums in the 11 years I've been here, but this is my honest & real feedback from a player that really loves this project (warmane) and expected the same fun as in the past years. I don't have expectations that something will change, but I felt the feedback should be offered in this case.
Thanks!
I also noticed a lot of mechanisms that used to wipe pugs have gotten significantly easier:
Fire wall seems to do a lot less damage in OS
EoE Phase 3 spark and targeting do less damage
You used to need to bring gear with frost resistance to even have a chance at killing Saph without everyone dying or healers going OOM
Patchwerk used to be a very intense DPS race that would be very difficult to clear on week 1 with pre-raid gear.
On week 1, pugs are clearing Naxx, OS, and EoE 25 with no discord and very little strategy.
In this game content gets progressively more difficult. Wotlk Naxx was always notoriously easy and is appropriate for phase 1. And it will be good for this server to gear up because Ulduar hard modes will wreck most the guilds here.
At least 80 % of pplayers have been involved with this game since its creation, and a huge amount of the players are involved in WOTLK for more than a decade, so I'm pretty much sure that all of them are more familiar with Naxx and such raids than their own pockets.
Btw, some of you are gonna cry again when you hit Ulduar hardmodes (Mimiron, Yogg, etc etc).
So, please, if you wanna challenge, if you wanna some difficulty, I got news for you.
Go touch some grass, get a job, find a girlfriend / boyfriend, try to win some challenges in real life and stop crying about 7 000 000 years old goddamned game.
