The amount of killing, camping and griefing from alliance side is actually insane. I understand it's a PvP server, but the PvP tag doesn't really justify this type of behaviour, where a maxed out level 80 is camping a low level zone for 30mins straight, killing all quest npc's, spam killing flight masters and spamming laugh emote after deliberately hunting you down while you try to level. Change zone to level you say? Okay! Oh wait, there is a whole twinked out mouthbreather camping lowbies in the other zone! How fun!
Anyways, rant done, back to levelling.

its pretty infuriating, because some individuals go way beyond normal behaviour. ress killing 60s as fully-geared 80 is some sort of mental issue, but on the other hand (im actually a big fan of world PVP), I have never seen just regular world PVP so one sided, its like horde players are some sort of pacifist weirdos. i will be rolling alliance in the future for sure

I like how the OP implies it's just Ally that does this.
Meanwhile, I can cite several personal experiences where Horde have gone out of their way, even to their own detriment, to ensure I can't play as Ally, like a Horde flying above me, dropping off their mount to 1 shot me with instants, and immediately dying upon hitting the ground, to having a Horde literally chase me across an entire zone.

While I dislike the Alliance simply on principle because Horde is cooler I have to say this isn't really a faction-specific issue (although I will say that Hellfire griefing is definitely more Alliance-sided. At the time of writing there is a Rogue going around questing zones in Hellfire corpse camping 60s and has been doing so for the last couple of days).
Both the zeppelin to Warsong Hold and Howling Fjord as well as the boat to Valiance Keep are consistently camped by BiS pvpers. I don't think its a faction issue as much as I think its a PvP-server issue. Until a PvE server is added or there is a custom world-PvP flag like there is in retail, griefing will consistently remain a problem, especially on Icecrown where buying gear is possible.

1. I reject the notion this is an "Alliance side only" thing. I reject the notion "This is an Alliance culture" thing.
It is a pre-requisite to play horde - you must be an *******.
Stormwind Flight path - camped by 2 dudes with 5 rogue characters; you kill one, he swaps to another toon, kill that one, he swaps to another toon. etc
Valiance Keep - Always camped by an undead rogue or shadow priest. Always.
Hellfire - Has always been the "PVP zone" of BC. Both ally and horde players accept this.
STV - ALWAYS camped by Undead and orc rogues. STV - a LEVEL 30 zone...camped by horde players. No reason for it.
Duskwood - a level 25-30 zone, again always camped by horde. Even BARRICADED so you can't go to STV.
Dark Portal - Contested PVP zone, both horde and alliance accept this.
Stormpeak cave - HAS A LITERAL HORDE named "Farmstoppah" camping it with 5 different toons / accounts. Does "Farmstoppah" prevent Horde players from farming? No. Only alliance players. Are his toons geared? OUT THE *** IN FULL PVP.
Zul'Drak - Has an Undead Shadow Priest who constantly attacks anyone he sees that is alliance.
Scholazar Basin - Has a blood elf S priest who actively hunts down any alliance player to kill them. It also has an Orc Death Knight who actively attacks with 3 accounts alliance players who are minding their own business.
Wyrmrest Temple - Has a warlock, a moonkin, and a S priest who are constantly harassing alliance players who are questing.
3. I'll agree with the post above - IT IS A MENTAL DISORDER to disrupt someone's gameplay to the point of them having to log off because the game is unplayable. I don't know what is going on in that person's life that they hate their fellow man with such passion as to prevent them from playing the game AT ALL...But I would advise those alliance players, even, get medical help.

100% of my engagements with horde are caused BY THE HORDE.
Scene 1: 9 alliance and 1 horde are farming in wintergrasp. The horde is left alone.
Scene 2: 9 horde and 1 alliance are farming in wintergrasp. The alliance player is griefed and harassed all the way to the graveyard.
Scene 3: 5 Allliance and 1 horde are farming - harmony is taking place but WAIT...a Horde player sees this harmony and cannot allow it to stand, so he MUST dive in and start attacking alliance players. - This is WAY too common.
Scene 4: 5 Allliance and 1 horde are farming - and here comes ONE alliance member to attack the horde. 5 alliance "Dude, he wasn't hurting anybody. Wtf?"

This doesn't happen on Horde, I promise you this.
Again, Alliance fight on principle. Horde players are too stupid to understand "cause and effect" - I've explained this to Alliance players who try to "teach" horde. You can't teach Horde, they are simple too stupid to read body language.

I understand your explanation, but again, my initial statement was mostly in jest (although I do just like Horde more). Its got nothing to do with factions, and everything to do with Icecrown (and all Warmane realms) being a PvP server. PvP servers lend themselves to griefing (especially the type that Warmane players practice). If it wasn't a PvP server, we wouldn't be having this discussion, end of story.

Ok you caught me, when I'm on my nelf hunter ganking mid 70s for a chuckle while I'm mining, it's because I'm a lifelong Horde player doing my natural thing on the wrong faction.
Oh wait, I just enjoy PvP and do it regardless of what faction I'm on because I signed up for a PvP server, same way if I get smoked by a full BiS 6.4k GS rogue on either faction, I just take my L and try to avoid dealing with him through questing elsewhere, dungeon ques for a little bit, or, and I know this one might be hard for you guys, but I simply log off for a little bit and maybe even touch snow (Grass is covered this time of year, can't touch it)

I started as alliance back in 2009 or so...after like 2 or 3 years I went to try horde ( I am on Molten aka Warmane since 2010)...after all these years I got tired of the bleak dusty Orgrimmar and just wanted a more green enviroment, more Darnassus, more Ironforge on my screen, only reason I started changing to alliance slowly. I can tell you, there is no difference between the factions in the amount of ganking...none...Not to offend anyone or something though, I do feel that horde is more "mature" and pve orriented in general and better at raiding then alliance but thats a biased opinion that doesnt have anything to do with your actual post...but saying that 1 faction is worse at ganking then the other, thats just not true. You have same kind of misserable people on both sides. I dont agree with it from a "moral" perspective to gank a lowbie, I would rather see them help the other faction with a difficult quest but hey, in the end its a PvP server and it doesnt matter what I agree with, I accept it and move on...
