Arcturis on Onyxia

Hello!
I have never seen Arcturis as a pet on this server.
I have been camping his spawn for 4 days in a row, 12-13 hours nonstop each day, and he has never appeared.
Can anyone confirm that he actually exists on Onyxia?

Apparently, it says its added in 3.3.0 which is ICC, so don't waste your time waiting for it.

Due to wowhead:
Skoll was added in patch 3.2.0 "Call of the Crusade";
Gondria was added in patch 3.1.0 "Secrets of Ulduar".

I have encountered Skoll, Gondria, and Loque’nahak in the game.
Despite this, I think you're right.

Hopefully, other hunters will see this post before wasting their time.
