Dear administrator, I can't log into my favorite game. When I enter my username and password, the game freezes on the "Authorization" screen. I can log in from my work internet and my mobile internet, but I can't log in from my home internet! Maybe my IP address is blocked? Please help me figure this out, I want to play my favorite game!

make sure the realm list is correct :

close bittorrent if its running in the background and move the game folder to another directory (ex: C drive or desktop)
restart your wifi
if nothing works, you may have to try again after few minutes.

The problem is my IP address. I can't access either the Warmain website or the game from it. What should I do? There's no blocking in my account. Please help.

If you are trying to connect from russian ISPs then you are ****ed, just like the majority of other russian playiers ;(
