WotLK Add tenacity on Onyxia Wintergrasp

faction balance is 80-20% to horde, they hold WG for days at a time, add tenacity so ally can win after a few battles each time

They for sure need to do something to balance it out. I saw one ally with tenacity last WG but didn't have it myself, dunno how that even works

Please do, horde win 90% of the games it is legit so hard to win.
