Does a character need to be level 80 or have Alchemy at a minimum skill to learn new Transmutes via Transmute: Titanium? I’ve been testing the daily Alchemy CD on Onyxia for about a week on two characters (level 70 and 71 & alchemy below 450). Although I’ve had some procs (up to 3x bars), I haven't discovered any new transmutes yet. My question is: Is level 80 or 450 skill mandatory for discoveries? Please don't just tell me I'm unlucky—I'd rather know if any of you have personally discovered new transmutes using this transmute on a <80 character & <450 alchemy character.
