WotLK Request for Resolution Regarding Removed Valentine Event Neck

Hello Warmane Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to clearly explain my situation to avoid any misunderstanding. I originally had an old neck item. Later, I obtained a new neck item from the Valentine’s Day event dungeon, and after that, I disenchanted only my old neck item.

Afterward, the support team removed the new Valentine event neck item, stating that there was an issue with the equipment. As a result, I have now lost my old neck due to disenchanting it, and also lost the new event neck due to its removal by support.

I kindly ask you to provide a fair solution to this issue, either by restoring the Valentine event neck item or compensating me for the old neck item that I lost.

Yes. same here. i lost neck from 6 of my toons. and time i used tho get those i want some compensation

I had to spend the emblems I was saving for my trinket in a new neck, because I sold my old one for the event neck, this is such a bs
