I was banned and appealed it and it says your supporters get faster results when appealing but its now been two days and I still havent heard a word from you guys.

Ban appeals aren't assistance, they are you asking to have part of the ban time be forgiven so you can return before the duration is over.

Adding that ban appeals are lowest priority, and may take much longer than two days to get response to. Wait a week.

If you knew the situation and how the ban was something that has two sides of a story instead of just sending out a ban without consulting or reaching out to the other party when they also had a ticket in at the same time, which was never even taken care of. Funny how they can just press a button on said account and see that there is a ticket in on that account as well yet dont even talk to the person. Even though you are a mod of the forum maybe you can talk to these people to have them look at the situation since you are the only person that has even looked at even the forum post.

Bans are applied if our rules are broken, and the only side required to be heard is that of the evidence provided.
In all my years here I can't recall a single time where someone "posting their side of the story" hadn't broken our rules and just wanted to wiggle their way around it.
