Your IP Address has been terminated due to Staff Impersonation

Hi everyone,
my account was locked, but I do not really know why. When I try to log in into acc I got info that my acc is locked but it can be unlocked. I have played on this server since March 23,2018 and never had any problem.
Do anyone have same problem? I sent a mail on [email protected] but there is no answer.

Any help?

Wait for a response. Ban appeals are low priority, and it may take a week or even two to get a response. Posting about it here isn't any good.
