Support Ticket Categories Not Displaying - Only "Ban Appeal" Available
I'm unable to submit a proper support ticket because the category dropdown is only showing "Ban Appeal" as an option. I should be seeing the following categories: "General Enquiry," "Item Misbuy," "Item Missing," and "Ban Appeal."
I need to submit a ticket under a different category, but cannot do so with the current limited options. This is preventing me from reporting my actual issue through the appropriate channel.
For context, my account is in good standing. I did have a ban reversed approximately 5 years ago due to unauthorized access by a hacker, but there have been no issues since then. It's possible this historical incident is affecting the ticket category display, though my account status should be fully restored.
Could you please investigate why the other ticket categories aren't appearing and restore access to the full list of support options?
You should only be seeing other categories if your account is Premium (or in you have an eligible item in the case of Misbuy).

I'm needing at least access to "General Enquiry" as I have an issue related to listing an items on website's trade section, so I was attempting to make a support ticket about it. Is that option not available to normal accounts? If not, is there some other path I should be taking?
You also need to be Premium to put anything up on Trade, which should already answer what you were seeing as an issue that required a Support Ticket.
And no, as would be implicit in my initial reply, regular accounts don't have access to that ticket type, they use [email protected] for anything that isn't ban related.
