Long story short, my ISP sucks so i use VPN and now banned for using it.
Will GMs remove my account ban for the simple reason that i need vpn for better game connection?

Yes, they will remove the ban on your account if you appeal, but not the ban on the VPN you used.
If you use a banned VPN your account will naturally be banned again.

ok, would you or will the GMs suggest approved vpn providers?

I don't have any such list, but basically every single free VPN (or paid ones with a free trial) have by now been abused and banned.

Ban appeals have the lowest priority and routinely take some days to be reached.
