Technical can i transfer chars to a different account

as title says - my gf started leveling on my account unfortunately but wed like to play together so she created an account for her and would love to send over her characters if possible.

is there a possibility for that?

Only through trade, which means both accounts would need to be premium and other to pay the amount of coins for the trade.
