WotLK 310 Mount Speed

I am under the impression that there is a way to make all of your flying mounts 310 speed regardless if they are a 280 mount. If this is true, how do I do this? Is there another level of flight to learn or is it an achievement??

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. I tried googling the answer and all I found was stuff on WoW Classic. No help for here.

Only certain mounts can reach 310% flying speed

If you own a 310% speed mount, all your other 280% mounts turn into 310% mounts. The buff tooltip does not reflect this. This is a custom change made by warmane.
