    Getting a really high Latency

    Why am I getting a really high latency even though I've played this game quite a lot and not having this type of issue?

    I lived in the Philippines in South East Asia

    Could be a plethora of reasons between your PC and Warmane's servers. You can try the common network troubleshooting solutions you can find googling around.
