Anyone else high ms and could share some tips/macros to reduce some lag and enable smoothness? I'm mostly looking to avoid the double-keypresses for charge, cept, reck, kick, etc.

is it possible to queue a greyed out spell?

ie. pressing reck from battle stance is a minimum .3 seconds
i press my macro
0.0 seconds - berserker stance input
0.0 seconds - recklessness input
0.15 seconds - berserker stance entered
thus requiring a second keypress to activate
0.15 seconds - second keypress (reck)
0.30 seconds - recklessness activated

I understand the pre-emptive gameplay and activating stances before stuff happens, but it's very draining.
