    Item is locked

    How do I send heirloom PvP trinket between factions? When I try to retrieve it from my mailbox, it says "Item is locked." The only option is to return it back. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, help please.

    Later I tested with other characters and they all had the same issue. I can only receive within the same faction. I'm not sure, but I think it may be related to the item conversion or something...
