WotLK My loot isnt receiving through the mailbox from my toons

Hello warmaners.

I have stumbled upon this issue which my account (main acc) can't receive loot through mailbox from my other acc (alt acc) and they are both different account like not alt character from the same email.

P.S: i can send money just fine but without loot. yet when there is items included. i don't receive anything.

i hope this is a normal bug and my items can be returned atleast. ( i mailed alot of my hundreds of hours loot please help ;-; )

I believe it takes up to 1 hour if you are sending items from one to another account

First make sure the name is correct .

Secondly , keep in mind that receiving mail from other accounts/players/auction house takes 1 hour delay.
But sending a mail from a character to another character that is on the same account , is instant.
