Through no fault of my own, my character with the nickname Cosmicstar got stuck in the sale window. I can no longer remove it from sale or reinstall it. The system displays the following message - That character no longer belongs to you, contact support. On Thursday, I contacted the project's official email address and received a reply stating that this issue is handled by a different technical support team and that I should submit a ticket directly through the project website. I did so, but the ticket has been ignored for four or five days now. Please advise me on what I am doing wrong, or contact me directly to resolve this issue, which is not my fault.

I mean, not really sure about your exact situation but if you said you put the character up for sale and that now it doesn't belong to you anymore - sounds like someone bought it?
Sadly its not. As i understand its the bug of synchronization, cause it was a new char for me. Right now he on sale with name Cosmicstar, in the same time i can play this char even right now. And yes, nor my any char, nor my account not in ban, im in good standing. I just hardly need a help from the stuff/administration/tech support. And yes, I really don't know who to turn to for help. I knock on every door hoping someone will open it. Unfortunately, my hands are getting tired. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me.
