1. The security keychain code does not arrive in the mail.

    I changed my residential address, moved to a new Internet IP address, and when the game starts, it asks for the security keychain code. The correct email is connected to my account, but the security keychain code is not being received. Help.

    otherwise, send an email to [email protected] and explain the situation.
    Inform account name and IP.
