Good evening. I've been playing since the server launched in 2015, but this has never happened before. I was playing as usual, when suddenly I got locked out of the game (a white sign). I sometimes get this after using the flight from Dalaran to TOC, and after restarting the game, everything was usually fine, but not this time. This time, after restarting, I logged in, but I still couldn't play because the message "server unavailable" appeared on a black background. I cleared the cache and restarted the game several times, but the result was the same, even though there are no signs of a ban on the website. I can log in and play on another account, so it's not an IP address issue. This is my main account, with six characters and over 6,000 GS.
