Missing Totem of the Earthen Ring

I buy shaman character lvl 80 from store, and there is no totems, not sigil. when i want to put totem there is no Air, Earth, Fire, Wind Totems. and then i try to find the quest at NPC, and there is nothing quest apperas. anybody can help?

Easiest would probably be farming emblems and buying a totem.
If you have honor points you can buy a totem from PvP vendor. Bought mine from Dalaran Sewers' PvP vendor.
If you lack honor points, but you have Stonekeeper's Shards on alts, you can convert 30 of those for an item that can be sent to alt and used to gain 2K honor points to fund PvP totem purchase.

Grizzly Hills' PvP hub Venture Bay has a vendor that sells totems too, if you need something to boost ilvl to reach RDF HC. I haven't farmed it myself so I don't know how long it would actually take to buy one that way.
