WotLK Onixia DK stuck in starting zone after Catacombs quests

I encountered a progression/blocking issue with my DK character, Mandrakongg, on the Onixia server.

After completing the Catacombs quests in the main zone and turning them in, my character became stuck in that area. Since then:

I am unable to receive any new quests
I cannot continue progressing in the zone
I am unable to leave the area

This appears to be a progression blocker, since the character is effectively trapped with no way to move forward or exit.

Unfortunately, I do not remember the exact name of the main zone where this happened, but the issue started immediately after finishing and turning in the Catacombs quest chain.

Could you please check my character’s quest state and location to see if it can be fixed?
