So I've not played WoW for ages and recently join Warmane. I'm not sure if it by design that now buffs on party members are not showing up unless you mouse over their frames. If not, is there some setting I need to do for them to always show?

If it's by design, do I need an addon to make them display? I am fine with the default frames so I am not looking for raid frames that turn them into colour boxes, is there any simple, good addons to just make the buffs/debuffs show up?
