    Dear GM Team,

    Hello,

    I used to play on your server several years ago, and I am trying to recover my account. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the exact email associated with it, but I do recall some important details that may help identify it.

    Account details:

    Username: ticma93


    I had a Rogue character with approximately 6300–6450 item level, including some donor items. Unfortunately, I cannot reliably remember the character’s name and would rather not guess incorrectly.

    Some of the items I clearly remember having include:

    Heroic Geistlord's Punishment Sack
    Heroic Cultist's Bloodsoaked Spaulders
    Heroic Gloaming Sark
    Heroic Toskk's Maximized Wristguards
    Heroic Astrylian's Sutured Cinch

    I may have also had the following trinkets (not 100% certain):

    Heroic Sharpened Twilight Scale
    Heroic Deathbringer's Will

    Weapons:

    Main hand: Heroic Heaven's Fall, Kryss of a Thousand Lies
    Off-hand: I believe I had a Wrathful PvP weapon, but I am not certain. For PvE, I unfortunately cannot remember which off-hand weapon I used.

    PvP gear (as far as I remember):

    Wrathful Gladiator's Leather Helm
    Wrathful Gladiator's Leather Spaulders
    Wrathful Gladiator's Leather Tunic
    Wrathful Gladiator's Leather Gloves
    Wrathful Gladiator's Leather Legguards

    For boots, I believe I had:

    Heroic Taldaram's Soft Slippers

    Additionally, I had a Mage character around 6200–6300 item level. The name might have been "Huli" or "Juli", but I am not completely sure.

    I have not logged into the account for a long time, and for reasons unknown to me, my character appears to have been deleted.

    If it is possible to restore my account or recover my characters, I would greatly appreciate it. If that is not possible, any kind of compensation or assistance on the account would also mean a lot to me.

    It would also be very helpful if you could check the donation/points history on the account and, if possible, restore it or let me know what happened.

    Regarding the email, even a small hint such as the first two letters might help me remember it.

    Simply email us directly for assistance - [email protected]

    It's helpful if you include anything you recall surrounding the account to assist us in verifying your ownership in a timely fashion. Such information includes but is not limited to:

    - Account or Forum username (not passwords).
    - Current email or a guess if you have forgotten
    - Character information
    - General account history. For example, "I claimed the holiday gift on my Paladin back in 2018, maybe 2019?"
    - Country where you connected or registered from

    You may also include a new email address that you would like your account to be updated to. If we have enough information, we'll be able to update your account immediately without the need for further verification.
