What does this have anything to do with the refund request? Why did I get a bot response instead of a live person??? This request was made in the ticket system and not on Forums but since the bot wants me to go on this so here I am..........all I wanted is my refund, that's all...

If you want a refund of an item purchased with coins, https://www.warmane.com/account/support?do=new

That's exactly what I did and got an automated response out of this telling me they cannot troubleshoot it when I just wanted a refund lol...

You got a live person. You just got a premade answer.
Depending on how well written/convoluted your ticket is it's possible he couldnt decipher it in time. If you ever worked in support that happens quite a lot.
Is there a chance you can copy paste your inquiry too? Just curious.

He made a mistake. Possibly confused the ticket with something he read before, or copied the wrong canned response. Just send the ticket again.
