WotLK My WotLK is not connecting

Whenever I try to load into it I type in my info and then it says connecting and then it just says it cannot connect so I checked the property of the files and read only was on so I unticked it pressed apply then OK after that it happened again so I checked the properties and read only was ticked again can somebody please help me because I cannot play the game and this is driving me insane!!!!

General "can't login" guide:

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -folder or config.wtf -file, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, sub-folders and files and click OK.

7. Login by using username, not email.

If you still can't login:
Turn your router ON/OFF.
You could try IP release and renew and DNS flush.
If you still can't login, either it's temporary network issue, or your ISP is blocking the connection (sometimes due to government censorship). Contact your ISP, Internet Service Provider, and raise your issue with them. If contacting ISP doesn't resolve anything, try VPN.
