Frenzyheart and oracle faction change

So I've heard you can redo the quest "A Hero's Burden" to switch between frenzyheart and oracle factions so you can get both faction's exalted rewards. But I've also heard this change used to be bugged in warmane. I tried searching in the bugtracker and forums but I haven't found anything about this issue being resolved. Is this bug still ongoing after 6 years in lordaeron or is it resolved?

Hey you can cgange the faction by going again in to cave and kill that lich and oracle or frenzy. And you will chosee a side again.

That's what I always knew but I've heard rumors of it being glitched on lordaeron. Hope it's fixed.

It did work few months ago.
Suggestion - get frenzies to exalted first - you get that toy item from their 7 day jar quite fast. Afterwards you levelup Oracles - their 7 day egg drops the green dragon mount, which will take huge time to hatch.
