New Feature : Being able to see cutoff for every title in arena

Hey, big fan of server. But not being able to see cutoffs for titles at the end of the season is so strange. Adding that would make it way more enjoyable end of season experience. U dont know what rating u are aiming for, (atleast from what i know)
