Technical Character transfer from different server

Hello,

I would like to ask if it is possible to transfer a character from the [removed] server (which is reportedly shutting down) to Warmane Icecrown.

Since both servers are running WOTLK and have somewhat similar XP rates and overall progression, I was wondering if there is any option for a paid transfer or some kind of migration.

I understand these are different projects and mostly its not possible, but I wanted to check if there is any way to preserve progress instead of starting over from scratch.
