WotLK Need help recovering acc

I have an account I lost, I know the username and what's on there but I no longer have access to the gmail account used to make it because I changed my phone number when moving countires and in my forgetfulness I forgot to update the phone number, since it has 2FA and now I am unable to log into the account, can you help me?

[Symptom]

If you have lost access to your email, email [email protected] directly for manual recovery.

Be sure to include the following:

- Account/Forum Username
- Character Name and Realm
- Country of Registration/Login
- General Account History (e.g., donations, approximate creation date)

2FA Issues: Use the same recovery tool or email support to request a two-factor authentication reset

It may take them a day or two to get back to you, but it's better than the account being lost forever.
