WotLK I can't select Need for mounts

I did 2 Heroic Dungeons, one the Bronze Drake appeared and the other the Blue Proto drake appeared and I was the only one who couldn't select "Need" any idea why?

need to up your flight skill to max buy 5k gold one
(its 4k if u are exalted to all 4 major Wotlk reput, got 1k discount, buy on your faction first town on Wotlk map)
