WotLK Icecrown -- Bear form and Tame beast?

As feral druid tank, how do i get bear form? i thought it's level 10, buit it's not at trainer?

I'm alliance.


Also, how do i get the tame pet ability, also alliance, as hunter? I don't see it available from hunter trainer
