Hello, a few years back I started playing wow and stopped after selling my pc. Now that I have a new pc and more time I downloaded the game and I see that the game says I've created a character on Lordaeron but when I click on it no character shows up. What happened to my character? It wasn't a super high level character, but it was quite a high level character from what I can remember (level 40-50) or so.

How do I choose a name then, if that's even possible? It doesn't show anything besides the server saying I have one character which doesn't show in character selection. Should I just create a character and then it will show up or am I doomed?

If a character isn't there, it's deleted.
