Hello Warmane Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I have been playing on Warmane for over two years and have always enjoyed being part of the community. Some time ago, I had to stop playing due to personal reasons and was away from the game for an extended period.

Recently, I decided to return to the server, but I discovered that my account/IP has been banned for one year. Unfortunately, I am not aware of the reason for this ban, as I was inactive during this period.

I would kindly like to request a review of my case and, if possible, an explanation regarding the reason for the ban. If there has been any misunderstanding or mistake, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to resolve the situation and return to playing on the server.
