RDP deducted 2x 30 USDC, nothing arrived

    So, everything is quite simple:

2 days ago, I donated via Red Dot Payments. I chose the "33 coins" package. Sent the USDC over, but after I got re-directed to Warmane's dashboard, it simply threw out an error, something among the lines: "something went wrong with the payment" or whatever.

I checked the account - USDC was obviously already sent, so basically - money got deducted, but I didn't receive the service.

As I wanted to use the coins ASAP (for my new character), I decided - okay, I'll open a ticket, but meanwhile I'll just donate one more time.

And guess what, literally the same thing happened. However, this time - it even showed the "payment successful" type screen on Red Dot Payments before re-directing me back to Warmane's dashboard, and throwing the same error in my face.

Everything is fine, technical issues happen, but I've already had my ticket open for 2 days, people. I've paid for a service that I haven't received, and I haven't even gotten a single response from the team yet.

I've provided all the proof necessary (screenshots from my KAST card + transactions), and even made a ticket in-game, to which I received a pre-made copy/paste response of: "Unfortunately, Gamemasters don't deal with the website stuff, so be patient".

I mean, no probs with the patience, but 2 days with still "awaiting staff" is kind of not it after I've already sent the money over, but haven't received the service that I paid for.

Warmane is a million dollar business + it's 2026 - if you have a staff shortage or whatever, you could potentially look into implementing AI, "hehe".

Anyways, on a serious note - would appreciate if I received the service that I paid for 2 days ago ASAP.

Thanks (not going to upload anything here publicly, everything's in the ticket already).

Edit: P.S. I later donated one more time (for another 33 coins package), but via the basic VISA method, which obviously worked. So don't get confused once you get into reviewing the backend.
