New DK addon to track Frost Fever and Blood Plague

Hello,
i made this addon to track Frost Fever and Blood Plague onto the target.
Icons are movable and resizable.

I know that there are many addons like this (like WA), but i made for myself because i wanted it to be fast and light without many options.
Let me know if you have any tips to make it even better.
