Unable to enter Battlegrounds on s7

I can queue for Battlegrounds on s7, but when the queue pops and I press enter I get the following message:

"Your group has joined a battleground queue, but you are not eligible".

Anyone else experiencing this? It only happens on one of my characters on s7, the rest of my characters have no issue joining

Did you looted some items? Maybe they need to update smth and having toc gear confused the system they have for separating ppl by bracket
